Zach began his career in the IDD field in 2016, driven by a passion for advocacy and a vision of creating a world where people with disabilities live with dignity and purpose.

Guided by the mission of Our Town Studios, Zach collaborates with clients, families, and staff to support independence and help clients build meaningful connections. A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Zach enjoys hiking, traveling, and outdoor adventures with his wife, Lauren. His commitment to helping others thrive shapes his rewarding journey in the field.

Rebecca Braskett

Rebecca serves as Vice President at Our Town Studios, assisting with operations and contributing to organizational excellence. With extensive experience in healthcare and social services, Rebecca has led innovative programs and supported individuals with developmental disabilities throughout her career. Previously an Executive Director at another agency, she excels in strategic planning, program development, and resource optimization.

Rebecca’s empathetic and adaptable leadership ensures exceptional care for clients while empowering staff to succeed. When not at work, Rebecca treasures time with her amazing daughter, creating memories and continuing her commitment to positively impacting lives.

Shannon Wilson

Shannon serves as Program Assistant at Our Town Studios, playing a key role in ensuring high-quality services for clients. Starting her journey in 2019 as a Direct Support Professional, Shannon’s dedication and leadership led to promotions, including site lead and her current role.

Shannon is passionate about advocating for clients and staff, helping people live with dignity and purpose. She thrives on creating meaningful impacts within the community and is proud to be part of an organization that values empowerment and growth.

Ebony Burke

Originally from Mansfield, Ohio, she started working in the field back in 2013. Since moving to Columbus in 2014, Ebony has worn many hats—from DSP to management—and brings deep experience and a clear passion for supporting others.

Olivia Kincer

Olivia is an emerging Human Resources professional with a strong background in direct care and behavioral support. Having served in the IDD field as both a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a Direct Support Professional (DSP), she brings a person-centered mindset to her HR work, advocating for inclusion, empowerment, and equal opportunity in the workplace.

Originally from Cincinnati, Olivia is an adventurous spirit who finds joy in the simple things—good music, outdoor adventures, time with loved ones, and experimenting in the kitchen. She is passionate about building a positive work culture where people feel supported, valued, and inspired to grow.

Cristan Edwards

Cristan grew up with a strong family legacy of supporting people with developmental disabilities, beginning with her aunt, father, and grandmother.

She first entered the field in college and returned three years ago, quickly rediscovering her passion for helping others thrive. With experience as both a DSP and in management, Cristan brings compassion, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of different perspectives.

She is excited to be part of Our Town Studios, where she values the commitment to both clients and employees.

Sammie Pennington

Samantha has several years of experience supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and discovered her passion for the field through her work as a Direct Support Professional. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in direct care, leadership, and management roles focused on providing quality support and building meaningful relationships with individuals and families.

She is passionate about advocacy and committed to helping individuals live fulfilling and independent lives while feeling supported, valued, and heard. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time outdoors, going to concerts, playing cards, and making memories with friends and family.

Ali Polles

Ali brings years of experience supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, including previous work as a Service and Support Administrator (SSA). She has also served in leadership and management roles focused on building strong teams and providing high quality care and support.

As the mother of two children with disabilities, Ali brings both professional experience and personal understanding to her work. She is passionate about advocacy and committed to helping individuals and families feel supported, valued, and heard. Outside of work, Ali enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing her passion for writing and storytelling.
